When I think about ways we can spring clean our life, it makes me reflect on the importance of taking care of our heart. I don’t know if you’ve ever stopped to think about how much your heart has carried and
healed from over the years? One of my favorite scriptures in the bible is Proverbs 4:23 “Guard your heart above all else, for it is the source of life.” I hope you find these seven tips motivating and inspiring!

1. Declutter Your Mind: Start by decluttering your thoughts and mental space. Practice mindfulness meditation to clear your mind and reduce stress. Write down your thoughts in a journal to help organize your thoughts and gain clarity.
