Wait and be of Good Cheer

The Message Bible version of Isaiah 40:31 says, “But those who wait upon God get fresh strength. They spread their wings and soar like eagles. They run and don’t get tired, they walk and don’t lag behind”.
I’m writing to encourage and strengthen your faith! It is my hope that God gives you the strength to wait on him! When all else seems at a standstill, wait, I say on the Lord! I see him mounting you up, high above every adverse wind and obstacle that tries to hinder you. You may feel like your situations are hopeless and helpless but I’m writing to tell you otherwise! God is very well aware of everything you’re encountering and he’s desiring you to wait on him to do what you cannot do! For he is all powerful and all knowing!
Right at this moment, I’m reminded of the lyrics to a song that you may or may not know, entitled, “God Specializes” by Gloria Griffin. It goes like this: “Have you any rivers that seem uncrossable? And have you any mountain that you cannot tunnel through? God specializes
in things thought impossible and He will do what no other, no other power but holy power can do”! These lyrics should encourage you that God is very effective at accomplishing things that we can’t do in our own strength! He has the ultimate and infinite power to do impossible things! I believe that as you surrender everything to God, he is lifting you high above everything. I pray that your spirit will only be receptive to the most high God.
I plead the blood of Jesus over your lives. I declare and decree that you all are more than conquerors through Christ! I command any spirit of discouragement, distraction and doubt to flee in the name of Jesus! I beseech you to take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ. I declare and decree that the mind of Christ be also in you! God has his hands on all of you! No matter how you may feel, you’re closer than you realize! You have an expected end/plan written in Jeremiah 29:11! Jeremiah 29:11 in the Message Bible says, “I know what I’m doing. I have it all planned out—plans to take care of you, not abandon you, plans to give you the future you hope for.” God has things in store for you! Stay your course and know that there’s hope to cope! Jesus is that hope and he’s ever shining bright! I encourage you to be of good cheer!
