Q: Please provide the name of your business and a brief description of what you provide to the community.

A: Stress Easy LLC was created to help women minimize stress and maximize resilience by recognizing triggers, setting healthy boundaries, and learning how to bounce back from life’s challenges—empowering them to live happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives.

Q: How long have you been involved? What brought you into this line of work?

A: I have been empowering women for over eighteen years, and in March 2024, I launched my business, Stress Easy. My passion for this work stems from my own painful journey with stress and the impact it can have when not managed properly. I experienced firsthand how stress can affect you mentally, emotionally, and physically. By sharing my story and offering the resources that helped me, I’m driven to help women learn how to manage stress more effectively, making it easier rather than harder to navigate.

Q: What’s the philosophy behind your business?

A: Stress is a natural part of life, and it comes not only with life’s challenges but also with its joys. The philosophy behind Stress Easy is not about setting unrealistic expectations or promising a magic solution that will make stress vanish. Instead, it’s about minimizing stress and building resilience by learning how to manage it effectively and understanding the importance of extending grace to yourself along the way.

Q: What is your biggest inspiration in life or in your job? What do you enjoy most about your work?

A: My greatest inspiration in life comes from learning how to embrace and wear my scars with strength and grace. What I find most fulfilling about my work is the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of women, one beautiful soul at a time. Through my gifts and talents in coaching, keynote speaking, workshop facilitation, writing books, and offering the 30-Day Stress Easy Makeover, I am able to help women discover tranquility, serenity, and harmony. It brings me immense joy to guide them toward a balanced life, empowering them to navigate stress with resilience and embrace their journey with confidence.

Q: Do you have a special message to share with the neighborhood or community?

A: Stress is inevitable, but suffering from it doesn’t have to be. The key is not to eliminate stress, but to learn how to manage it with grace. Remember, it’s okay to pause, breathe, and reset. When we extend grace to ourselves, we open the door to resilience and inner peace. Stress doesn’t have to weigh you down. Instead, let it be a reminder to take care of your mind, body, and soul. You have the power to navigate life’s challenges with ease—start by being kind to yourself and embracing moments of calm amidst the chaos.

Q: Share a funny or interesting story about your business. How do you make your workday fun?

A: I make my workday enjoyable by taking a few minutes to do something that brings me joy— whether it’s singing along to my favorite song, dancing like no one is watching, or watching a funny clip from one of my favorite comedians. Laughter truly is medicine for the soul, and no matter how busy or challenging my day may be, I always carve out time for it. These small moments of lightheartedness help me reset, boost my energy, and bring positivity to my work, reminding me of the importance of joy and balance in every day.
