Divine Order Equals Divine Alignment

Divine Order Equals Divine Alignment

Psalms Chapter 119, verses 33- 36 (NIV) says: “Teach me, Lord, the way of your decrees, that I may follow it to the end. Give me understanding, so that I may keep your law and obey it with all my heart. Direct me in the path of your commands, for there I find delight. Turn my heart toward your statutes and not toward selfish gain.”

The main idea  of this psalm is that, we are to live a lifestyle that demonstrates obedience to the Lord, who is a God of order not chaos. This Psalms is where David petitions God to teach him his word. He’s expressing that God is a great teacher and he desires to know and live God’s word. Just like David, we should desire to know God’s word and pray that God continually teaches us to obey it! Like David, let’s pray that God gives us understanding of His word!

The spirit of the Lord is saying divine order equals divine alignment!

When we step out of His love, His rest, His peace, or even His presence, our lives can quickly fall into misalignment on all sorts of levels. However, divine alignment means we are submitting to God’s wisdom, instead of trying to invent our own.

God is saying, I am calling my people into divine alignment of my word!

Though you yourself may not see what I the Lord see, I am calling you to higher heights and deeper depths in me and my presence! I desire that you all put away any fleshly or worldly desires! Stay in my presence! My presence brings order and alignment to your life and those you encounter.

I’m not a part time or contingent God, therefore, I am calling you into divine alignment to serve me full time! Joshua 1: 8 and 9 says, “This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success!”

In conclusion, let’s press into God and just like we daily put on natural clothes,  let’s daily put on our Kingdom battlefield clothes in Ephesians 6! That is, our Godly armor! Let’s get in divine order and alignment! Remember that divine  order releases divine blessings!
