Lola 2 Film Producer, Monica Floyd attends Essence Black Women In Hollywood Event

Monica DollPhace Floyd is an established film producer from Los Angeles, California. She is known for her diverse portfolio of films, television series, and short films, which have earned her critical acclaim and multiple awards. She recently attended the 2023 Black Women In Hollywood event.  Floyd new film “Lola 2” which is set to release on April 1st, 2023 

Monica has been in the film industry since 1997, producing films that both entertain and educate. Her films are always socially conscious, often featuring characters and stories that are often overlooked by mainstream Hollywood. She is a firm believer in representation and the power of storytelling. Her ability to craft poignant stories that capture the essence of a diverse range of characters has earned her praise from both critics and audiences alike. 

At the 2023 Black Women in Hollywood event, Monica supported fellow colleagues Sheryl Lee Ralph and Gina Prince-Bythewood amongst other phenomenal industry women.
